One-Pot Feta and Tomato Pasta

A wonderfully creamy and flavourful pasta dish baked in the oven – perfect for a cosy evening for two or for the whole family.

A baking dish with pasta, tomatoes and feta

Zutaten:

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 200 g pasta
  • 1–2 cloves of garlic
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5 dl cream
  • 5 dl stock
  • a little salt, pepper and basil

Zubereitung

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top and bottom heat).

Place the pasta in the dish. Add the garlic and cherry tomatoes on top. Place the feta in the centre and drizzle the oil over it. Pour the cream and stock over the top.

Bake in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes.

For children who prefer everything separate

Many children prefer it when the different ingredients don’t mix together. With this dish, it’s very easy to accommodate this: simply serve the baked cherry tomatoes, the feta (or cream cheese) and the pasta separately on the plate. That way, each child can decide for themselves what they’d like to try and how much. Anyone who likes can mix their own small portion at the table – it’s fun and encourages curiosity about new flavours at the same time.

Tipp

Instead of feta, you can also use mozzarella, ricotta or cottage cheese.
