Dips for the snack box

A snack box is designed to provide children with energy for the school day. Fruit and vegetables form the main part of the snack and can be made more substantial, depending on the child’s activity level or the size of their breakfast, by adding, for example, bread or crispbread (carbohydrates) and
cheese or ham (protein). Are the fruit and vegetables left uneaten in the snack box? Dips are a great way to make fruit and vegetables more appealing and to vary the flavours. With these dips for the snack box, cucumber sticks and apple slices can be enjoyed in a fun and tasty way.

Two small containers of light-coloured sauces and four larger glass boxes containing snacks such as popcorn, peaches, strawberries and crackers, gherkins and peppers, as well as carrots and radishes.
