Recovery and nutrition as a vital foundation
Ski racing involves intense physical exertion, numerous training days and a great deal of travelling over the course of a long season. To ensure the body can cope with these demands, a balanced diet, sufficient rest and targeted recovery play a vital role alongside training.
An optimal supply of micronutrients helps Anuk to lay the foundations for her sporting performance and support her body during the intensive training and competition phases.
With her positive attitude, her ambition and her passion for skiing, Anuk demonstrates just how important patience and consistent hard work are on the path to the top – and that big goals are achieved one step at a time.
