From the logistics team to supply chain director

A career progression that shows what can be achieved when commitment meets trust. And just how short the path can still be in a family business, even today.

When Roman Hofstetter joined Antistress AG – Burgerstein Vitamine in 2013, he was part of the logistics team, at the heart of day-to-day operations, always close to the products and processes. From the delivery of raw materials to the collection of finished products for the business partner. The processes throughout the value chain have always interested him. His motivation: to take on responsibility, to develop and to see how processes and structures change over the years.

Connected to the company and the region

Roman and Burgerstein Vitamine are also connected outside of work by a shared passion: the local ice hockey club, the SCRJ Lakers. As a fan of the SCRJ Lakers, he attends every home match. He even took part in a moving video about our commitment as the main sponsor.
