Andrea Lees – Quality Control Officer

Andrea Lees has been part of Burgerstein Vitamine since 2014 – and knows the company from a variety of perspectives. She started out in marketing, at that time under the leadership of Tanja Zimmermann-Burgerstein. The team consisted of three people – short lines of communication, direct dialogue and a great deal of personal responsibility. It was a formative time that continues to shape her understanding of the brand and corporate culture to this day.

After the birth of her first child, Andrea moved to Quality Control. A move that enabled her development and reflects the trust placed in her. Today, she draws up SOPs, oversees monitoring and, amongst other things, manages the temperature mapping of our storage and packaging areas.

At the same time, she has strong roots in Rapperswil. She feels at home here, is well-connected locally and is almost always there for events or spontaneous activities. Open, down-to-earth and approachable – that’s how we experience her in the team. Andrea experiences appreciation at Burgerstein in concrete terms in her everyday life. And she’s at the office in seven minutes – occasionally she even rolls in on her skateboard.
