Recruitment

Once we have received your application, we will confirm receipt of your application documents by email. We will need some time to review your application documents, so please bear with us. If we would like to get to know you a little better based on your application, we will invite you to an interview.

Job interview

Make sure you prepare well for this interview and think in advance about what you’d like to know about our company and the future apprenticeship.

During this interview, which will last around one hour, we’d like to find out whether you meet the necessary requirements and possess the skills needed for the apprenticeship. We’re interested in you as a person and would like to learn more about your motivation. This will help us gain as comprehensive a picture of you as possible – and you of us. During the interview, you’ll get to know the HR manager and the vocational trainer.

Taster Visit

If you impressed us at your interview and are still interested in an apprenticeship with us, we’ll invite you to come along for a taster visit (approx. 1½ days). During the taster visit, you’ll have the chance to take a look behind the scenes, get to know Antistress AG and the practical trainers/staff, and show us what you can do.

Apprenticeship contract

However, if it suits both you and us, we can offer you an apprenticeship contract. We will send the apprenticeship contract and the terms and conditions of employment to your home in advance for you to review. We will then invite you and your parents to our offices to sign the contract.

The taster apprenticeship is part of the selection process and is designed to find out whether, in addition to having the right professional aptitude, the applicant is a good fit for the training company, and whether you feel comfortable in the working environment. For this reason, we only offer taster apprenticeships when we have actually advertised an apprenticeship vacancy.
